We usually reply within a few days. Telling us which game you are playing, your device model and your iOS version helps a lot.

Do the games show ads?: Yes. Rewarded ads are always your choice, and short ads may appear between levels.
Do I need an internet connection?: Our games are fully playable offline and require no account. A connection is only used for ads, purchases and anonymous analytics.
Are there in-app purchases?: Yes, but they are optional — for example coin packs or removing ads. Everything in the game can be played without buying anything.
I bought something but it is gone after reinstalling.: Purchases are linked to your Apple ID. Open the settings menu in the game and tap Restore Purchases. If that does not help, e-mail us with your Apple receipt.
I lost my progress after reinstalling.: Progress is stored on the device only, so deleting an app removes it. There is no cloud save yet.
Is there a timer?: Yes — each level has a time limit. If time runs out you can simply retry the level, and boosters can help when a level feels too tight.
